UK news pushing aspirin propaganda today

October 28, 2011

Our regional news ran a full propaganda piece on the supposed benefits of taking aspirin every day. If you have any doubts that your ‘friendly local’ reporters aren’t feeding from the same hand as the national ones, then watch how they toe the line with the ‘script’ that all the media seem to read off, especially with big health issues like this and swine flu.

Of course, the Health Ranger told us back in 2003.

(Natural News)

A reported 40,000 people die each year from the use of over-the-counter painkillers like aspirin. This statistic goes largely unreported, of course, since it’s not something the pharmaceutical industry wants people to know about.

Think about it: each year, almost as many Americans die from OTC painkillers and NSAIDs as died in the Vietnam War. If an herb killed even 1% that many people, the FDA would ban it in an instant, and newspapers around the country would blare headlines about the dangers of the herb. But when it’s aspirin, there’s just silence.

Haha…can you imagine if just one person died from marijuana? Just one. I don’t think anyone ever has, this is close but no bong. I mean, I personally am against using that or any drug, but I’m pro re-legalisation. Hemp has so many uses it alone could bring the West out of the jaws of the banking cartel, if it were not illegal. But I’m rambling. My point is, it’s the hypocrisy that is the problem.
